What you can help us with

In this role, you are responsible for taking over various tasks from management. You will closely collaborate with HR regarding onboarding and offboarding, facility management, and ensuring a pleasant working environment for everyone in the office.

Every day will be different, with new challenges each day. Together with the office manager, you will be the point of contact for daily issues! 


A selection of your daily activities 

Execute and structure daily activities within the company;
Provide effective administrative support to the management team;
Act as a point of contact for external parties;
Assist in organizing team building days, events, and meetings;
Assist various departments in improving processes.

What you bring to the table/ Does this sound like you?

2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Fluent in Dutch and English;
Organizational and time management skills;
A hands-on mentality;
A proactive, critical thinker with strong communication skills
Available to work at least 40 hours per week from our office in Eindhoven.
