What you will help us with
As a front-end Test Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the quality assurance of our new website, which is a leading platform in the worldwide digital gift card market. You'll be part of our front-end SCRUM team, ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality through structured testing and collaboration with our Product Owner and development team. We work with cutting-edge technologies like React, NextJS 14 and Flutter to build the best experience for our customers.
A selection of your daily activities
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our software.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to analyze user stories for testability.
Write clear and concise test specifications in Gherkin format.
Participate in daily SCRUM meetings to stay aligned with the development process and priorities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing practices and processes.

What you bring to the table
Proven experience in structured software testing.
Strong analytical skills to dissect user stories and create effective test cases.
Proficiency in writing test specifications in Gherkin format.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Additionally, it would be nice if you had
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
ISTQB or TMAP certification, or equivalent experience.
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Git.
Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools.
Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
