What you can help us with
As the Information Security Officer (ISO), your primary objective is to fortify Korsit's computer systems and networks against potential threats. This involves the implementation of a robust security roadmap and the successful execution of infrastructure projects aimed at ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our digital assets.
A selection of your daily activities
✅ Identifying vulnerabilities in the current network.
✅ Developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to secure the computing network.
✅ Monitoring network usage to ensure compliance with security policies.
✅ Keeping up to date with developments in IT security standards and threats.
✅ Performing / coordinating penetration tests to find any flaws.
✅ Setting up security-policies.
✅ Collaborating with management and the IT department to improve security.
✅ Documenting any security breaches and assessing their damage.
✅ Educating colleagues about security software and best practices for information security.
✅ Executing (infrastructure) projects and manage infrastructure vendors.

What you bring to the table
✅ A thorough understanding of security tools, technologies, and policies (and their financial implications).
✅ A thorough understanding of IT (Cloud) Infrastructures (AWS, MS365, Google, networking)
✅ Strong leadership abilities and collaboration with business managers, IT engineers, and IT operations staff/vendors are required.
✅ The ability to interact with company personnel, establish strong relationships at all levels and across the organization.
✅ Understanding and knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
✅ Excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines, and work well in a demanding, dynamic environment while meeting overall objectives.
✅ Project management skills including financial/budget management, scheduling, and resource management.
✅ Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals.
✅ A thorough understanding of the commercial implications of security tools, technologies, and policies.
✅ Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with the Product & Technology organization, project and application development teams, management, and business personnel.
Additionally, it would be a plus if you have
✅ Experience with ISO27001
✅ CISM, CISSP or equivalent certificate
