Account Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated (Junior) Account Manager to join our sales team. As a (Junior) Account Manager, you will be responsible for seeking out new sales opportunities and cultivating long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Your role will be to:

  • Actively search for new sales opportunities and connect with possible business accounts.
  • Maintain long-lasting, trusting and profitable relationships with clients.
  • Identify areas of improvement to develop a competitive market strategy.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between the company and its accounts.
  • Explore and negotiate financial opportunities that are advantageous for the company.
  • Prioritize and address the needs of the clients in a decisive manner.
  • Stay current and aware of recent and relevant changes in the field of digital goods.
  • Collaborate efficiently across all departments to meet the objectives of the company.
  • Manage several accounts at a time and deliver company services in a timely manner.

What we are looking for

A detail-oriented and reliable individual who doesn’t shy from a challenge. Someone to assist us in facilitating and cultivating current and new business opportunities. You are not easily overwhelmed and can effortlessly communicate with several accounts and departments at once. You're also flexible and open to development and feedback, but confident in your work.

What you need:

  • A completed MBO, HBO degree within the commercial sector.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience.
  • A solid knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken).
  • 32 - 40 hours availability.
  • Experience with MS Office.
