Talent Acquisition Specialist

What you will help us with

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for recruiting and selecting the best employees for our company. Using your network and knowledge of the labour market, you can quickly deliver top performers to Korsit and ensure they can grow further.

In addition, you will be the first point of contact for the different partners we work with and our recruitment channels. We will rely on you to bring us the best in class and, at the same time, you help people find their dream job. In short, you make everyone happy!

A selection of your daily activities are:

• Creating job vacancies and posting them online
• Direct targeting of potential employees via your network, email, LinkedIn,
  and other channels
• Building a candidate database for possible future job openings
• Reading applications and selecting the most suitable and talented candidates
• Screening candidates, such as calling references or checking diplomas
• Setting up job interviews
• Optimizing the candidate journey
• Coordinating the recruitment activities of our external partners

What you bring to the table

You have/are:

• 2-4 years of experience in a role as a Recruiter or relevant roles in this field.
• Bachelor degree working and thinking level with some years of work experience.
• Driven and ambitious, you know how to get things done.
• Proactive, determined, enthusiastic: you do not shy away from a challenge!
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Result-oriented and have a good commercial sense.
• Excellent communication skills and are a good listener.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in conducting job interviews independently.
• Attention to detail.
