What you will help us with

Our Product department is looking for a Product Portfolio Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our product portfolio with relevant products that help us meet our customer’s needs, our company goals, and maximise our revenue.
Adding the products is just the start. But, your job won’t be complete without monitoring the performance of the products and conducting different sorts of analysis to learn why a product is rising in popularity, or when would be the best time to run a marketing campaign, or finding out why a certain product is losing market share.
You will need to keep a close eye on our competitors and an even closer eye on the industry to be the first one to learn about any product changes, product releases, announcements, legislation changes, … etc.

A selection of your (daily) activities

  • New products casting and addition: You own the process of onboarding new products and making sure all parties involved do their tasks
  • Products offboarding
  • Product marketing Collaborate with the Marketing Team to provide them with products performance analysis to help them launch any new campaigns as efficiently and effectively as possible
  • Conduct Data analysis and reporting. You analyse the product and country performance data to help your team and other departments make data-driven decisions
  • Performance measurement You help measure the performance of different products and countries and identifying action points
  • Partners relationship management: You act as the point of contact for our partners
  • Perform Competitors analysis to help Korsit maintain and gain a competitive advantage
  • Products pricing Provide input and suggestions on the products pricing based on market developments, market research, or competitor analysis outcomes

What you bring to the table

You have/are:

  • BSc degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Proven work experience as a Product Manager, Category Manager, or Project Manager (minimum 1 year).
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong and proven problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, SQL would come in very handy
  • Data visualisation skills
  • Experience working with developers or IT teams on product-related tasks
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and KPIs
  • Strong research skills
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
