Dundle’s mission is to keep our customer’s digital life simple and fun. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll provide written support to our customers. You will also explain how to use their gift cards and gaming products, providing clear steps to solve their issues, and make sure they succeed in the digital world that they might be new to.
You should always remain patient and understanding of the customer’s situation. You are aware of the dangers of online payments and can explain complex digital matters in plain language for everyone to understand. This, regardless of how non-technical or unfamiliar they might be with the products. On the other hand, you are not easily fooled and able to detect fraud and tampered documents from a million miles away.
You will work in an international team in an informal, energetic atmosphere at an inspiring office right in the city center of Eindhoven. Remote work is also possible, albeit you’ll be missing out on a lot of fun! We are really fond of teamwork, having fun, and interacting with other departments. You’ll never feel alone in your task as colleagues are always close by to discuss what the best approach is to answer a ticket, or challenge you to a ping-pong match.

Who are we looking for?
A self-driven, native level German speaker who is eager to learn and help people while working in a dynamic team. Someone who does not shy away from a challenge, is not easily distracted, nor discouraged by repeating information or answering similar questions throughout the day. If you can keep calm, cool and collected, have a great sense of humor, and always find the positive in every situation - then you are the person we are looking for!
- Service oriented mindset.
- Experienced with customer service (ideally).
- Excellent German (written) and solid English (written and spoken).
- Willing to work flexible hours, at least one evening a week, one Saturday shift per month and available on Mondays.
