Office Manager / PA

What you will help us with
In this role you will be responsible for taking all kinds of tasks off the hands of management. You will collaborate closely with HR regarding on- and offboarding tasks, manage facilities and ensure a pleasant workplace for everyone in the office 🙂

Everyday will be different, with new challenges along the way. You will be the tower of strength during the issues of the day!

A selection of your (daily) activities

  • Perform & structure the day to day operations within the company;

  • Effectively provide administrative support to the management team;

  • Act as a point of contact for external parties;

  • Assist in organizing team trips, events and meetings;

  • Assist various departments in improving processes.

Is this you?

  • A forward thinking individual with a natural sense of responsibility;
  • Communication and collaboration are essential to you;

  • Your multitasking & problem solving skills are next level;

  • You are very familiar with terms like initiative, proactive, flexible and critical.

What you bring to the table

  • 2 or 3 years of experience in a similar role;

  • Fluent in Dutch and English;

  • Organizational and time management skills;

  • Go-getter mentality;

  • Critical thinker who doesn’t mince words;

  • Project management skills would be nice to have;

  • Available to work from our office in Eindhoven for at least 24 hours a week.
