In this role you will help us to craft an exceptional user experience, while collaborating with a dynamic and creative team and with people across all layers of the company. When improving our webshop & app for our companies (B2C & B2B), you always keep in mind how we can optimize our customer experience, while keeping a close eye on the conversion rate and customer behavior.
A selection of your daily activities
- Elevate and sustain our Design System.
Work in design sprints that are set up by the design lead & product manager.
Create innovative and problem-solving design solutions to improve the conversation rate on our websites and app for B2B & B2C.
Collaborate closely with the design team and product manager to improve our customer journey.

What you bring to the table
You have at least 5+ years of experience as an UX/UI Designer.
Analytical thinking with a plus if you understand Google Analytics.
Use design thinking methodologies to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
You have a solid background in how to do user research.
Knowledge of programs like Figma or Sketch (design library), user flows wireframing, workshop facilitation, stakeholder interviews & Adobe programs.
It is a plus if you have experience with developing marketing campaigns & brand identities to help the design team with small tasks.
