SEA Specialist

What you will help us with

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and analytical SEA specialist who is experienced in translating goals into solid and successful strategies. You not only know how to set goals but also how to keep track of them and adjust the strategy where needed. You can also communicate these strategies clearly and effectively to others who contribute to their implementation.

A selection of your daily activities

• Responsible for planning and forming effective paid search strategies according to the business goal.
• Manage all ad accounts on platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and similar.
• Plan the search engine budget according to the marketing strategy.
• With the marketing team, work on implementing the paid search strategies.
• Run and optimize all different campaign types tailored to our audience’s needs.
• Track KPIs to evaluate performance, pinpoint issues, and actively seek solutions and opportunities.
• Create monthly reports for the marketing department.

You are forward-thinking, independent and proactive, with a natural sense of responsibility. Your can-do mentality makes you actively contribute to problem-solving and collaborative tasks within and beyond the marketing department. You remain detail-oriented and are a true self-starter who can constructively give and receive feedback while always remaining confident in your work and colleagues.

What you bring to the table

You have/are:

• BA or MA in the field of Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of professional SEA experience.
• Analytical mind and presentation skills to translate complex results into clear and understandable language.
• Extensive working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Data Studio.
• Eager to obtain new skills & competencies.
• Fluent in English (any additional languages are a plus).
• Available to work from our office in Eindhoven for 32-40 hours per week, with remote options.
